Stoke your own inner fire to build heat with sun salutations, work your strength and flexibility with standing postures that build up to a peak pose. Postures modified for beginners while experienced practitioners are encouraged to play to their edge. Class is unheated.

Ayurveda is a 5,000 yr. old practiced considered to be one of the oldest, practiced forms of healthcare. Digestion & nutrition are a foundation of this ancient practice, is believed that maintaining a proper dietary balance leads to longevity and disease prevention. Learn about this powerful practice to support the body and help you thrive through each season. We will cook a fall inspired Kichari; an Ayurvedic food made of lentils, rice and vegetables, said to remove toxins from the body. We will also make ghee from scratch along with a cup of CCF tea to support digestion. All offerings are Vegetarian and Gluten Free!
