Gathering during the Moon is a powerful ritual practiced by our ancestors throughout long history. Join Erin and Lauren as we gather in community and learn more about what this month’s Moon has to offer. This is an opportunity to gain supportive insight, harness the Moon’s healing potential, and shed whatever does not serve us as we move into a new moon cycle.
Surrounding an alter, we will share a sacred space for breathwork, meditation, and powerful practices to connect in community. Leave feeling refreshed, recharged, clear, and inspired.
No former experience is required. Pleasee bring a journal/pen and wear comfortable, loose clothes.

Root Yoga Studio, Essex CT
Gathering during the full Moon is a powerful ritual practiced by our ancestors throughout history. Join Erin and Lauren as we gather in community and learn more about what this month’s Full Moon has to offer. This will be a very special night in particular as it's also a Lunar Eclipse. A Lunar Eclipse takes place when the Earth comes between the Sun and the Moon and covers the Moon with its shadow. This can only happen during a Full Moon. The Full Moon Circle is an opportunity to gain supportive insight on these astrological changes, harness the Moon’s healing energy, and shed whatever does not serve us during the Lunar Eclipse. Surrounding an alter, we will share a sacred space for breathwork, soft movement, meditation, and powerful practices to connect in community. Leave feeling refreshed, recharged, clear, and inspired.
