Ayurveda

Ayurveda is one of the oldest, most continously practiced forms of healthcare in the world. It is considered the "sister-science" to yoga and focuses on diet and lifestyle regiments that bring harmony to the body. This practice is deeply rooted in becoming balanced with nature and understanding your unique composition and relation to it.

Meditation

Meditation is a practice that teaches us to rest in our innate, natural state. A place where we can be present, awake, and aware. Meditation is an ancient practice that is proven by science to have cognitive and psychological benefits. In particular, this practice can help ease psychological stresses like anxiety, depression, and even physical pain.

Cooking

Cooking comes natural to some of us and to others it can feel like a chore. Let's take a journey as we will learn the basics of cooking and tricks to navigate around our kitchens with ease. Weekly menu plans and easy shopping lists will be provided to make meal planning feel like a breeze. Walk away with a brand new sense of confidence in the kitchen and empowerment to nourish yourself.

Nutrition

In today's world, going to the supermarket can be an overwhelming event. Every year there is a new study on how something we eat is "good" or "bad" for our health. It is hard to know what's the right move. Let's unpack the myths and get to the root of what it means to eat right for your unique body type. We will learn sustainable and easy ways to nourish ourselves without burning a hole in our pockets.

Mindfullness Pratices 

Mindfulness is the bicep curl that sharpens the mind. It heightens our ability to stay present. Mindfullness is the practice that allows us to compassionately observe the natural habits of the mind and empower us to make a change, becoming more conscious of the way we perceive ourselves and the world. The good news is, there are many different ways to incorporate this practice into your life, and we can try them all.

Breathwork 

Explore the power of breath and it's impact on the nervous system. A simple but easy way to tap into the body, and relax or enhance the mind. We will weave in various breath exercises that support your end goals.

Option 8

Reiki

Rieki is a form of energy healing where the practitioner acts as a facilitator to help increase and redirect energy within a client. This healing technique can include soft touch or hovering hands over the client’s body. The experience for the client is usually described as relaxing, supportive and rejuvenating. Small exposures to Reiki can be weaved in during consultations, particularly during private yoga.
