Ayurvedic & Herbal Consultations
Ayurveda is one of the world’s oldest and most continuously practiced systems of healthcare. It emphasizes personalized diet, lifestyle, and herbal practices to restore balance and harmony within the body. This holistic tradition is rooted in living in alignment with nature and understanding your unique constitution and how it interacts with the world around you.
With a specialization in herbalism, my consultations also integrate the therapeutic use of plants, such as teas, tinctures, and other herbal preparations, to gently support the body’s natural healing processes alongside Ayurvedic principles.

Private Yoga Classes
Release physical and mental tension through a series of postures and practices designed to bring ease to both body and mind and connect you to your inner spirit. Sessions can be tailored to your needs and may include:
Starting a Yoga Practice – Ideal for beginners or those working with injuries or physical limitations. You will learn basic alignment, postures, and modifications for your unique body.
Relaxation & Mindfulness Techniques – Postures, meditations, and yogic tools to support stress relief, reduce restlessness of the mind, and improve sleep.
Prenatal – Gentle, supportive practices designed to prepare the body for labor, ease the physical discomforts of pregnancy, and nurture mental focus and resilience.

Home-Birth Preparation
Guiding my daughter into the world through a gentle, loving homebirth was an incredibly empowering and transformative experience. I emerged from the birth feeling uplifted, spiritually healed, and deeply connected to the natural process of birth.
