Contrary to popular belief - yoga is not entirely about flexibility or making cool shapes with our bodies (even though that part can be fun)! The practice of yoga is made up of eight essential limbs, not only including the yoga postures, but other aspects such as meditation and breathwork. It is a lifestyle that brings tranquility and deep peace into our lives. It teaches us how to be less reactive and face all the challenges of life with a clear mind and optimistic perspective.

Yoga is not limited to one body type, extent of flexibility, injuries, religion, lifestyle, gender, age, class. It is a practice attainable for anyone who is interested. If you are interested in welcoming this sacred practice into your life or workplace, please check out the details

I am currently teaching in the Berkshires and Connecticut. I am happy to travel to you or arrange a private practice space you are comfortable with. All equipment is provided for up to one student. Just bring yourself and an open mind. Loose clothes to move are recommended.
