-1.5 frozen bananas (peeled and chopped)
-1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
-1/4 cup of almond or coconut milk
Place all the ingredients in a blender. Pulse, stopping to occasionally stir manually with a spoon. If you feel the ingredients in the blender are getting stuck, add a tiny bit more liquid. Start with increments of one tablespoon of milk and mix thoroughly before adding more. Try to keep the consistency creamy so avoid adding too much liquid and use the spoon as a way to break up any contents that may be getting stuck. Once the consistency is smooth and thick, transfer the contents into a bowl. Top with cinnamon, cacao nibs or nuts.
For extra fun, place a can of coconut milk in the fridge for 6-8 hours. Then place a metal bowl and beaters in the freezer. Once frozen, pour the chilled coconut milk into the frozen bowl. Whip until it forms into coconut whip cream. Add on top of your nice-cream with a dash of cinnamon.
